GRITIT, a UK winter-maintenance company founded in 2004, needed a more reliable way to automate work delegation and customer communication as its staffing level grew from 60 to 250 during winter periods. To support that growth, the company turned to Outsourcery for a cost-effective, robust CRM platform.

Outsourcery built a private hosted cloud-based CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics, with bespoke weather forecast integration, notification tools, and security features. The system reduced the time to integrate weather reports, apply them to client sites, and flag jobs to around six minutes, and it helped GRITIT send around 150,000 emails last season while improving accuracy and communication.
