Hugo's challenge was to launch a banking service that stood out in the market by making finance simple, fun, and easy to use, avoiding typical financial jargon and complex graphs to help users build healthy savings habits.

The solution implemented by Our Own Brand included developing a comprehensive brand strategy, visual identity, and a friendly robot mascot named Hugo. This character was designed to personify the brand, guide users, and demystify financial concepts. The results were highly successful, with the Hugo app and card design winning numerous awards, including Best Customer Experience and Best User Experience, establishing Hugo as a major new player in the fintech space.
