McDonald’s India needed a faster, more flexible way to manage traditional dine-in menu boards, which were costly and time-consuming to update for new products, seasonal items, and price changes. Working with OSSCube and its Xynage® digital signage solution, the company aimed to replace a manual process that took 3 to 4 weeks with something nearly instant.

OSSCube implemented interactive digital menu boards with scheduled automated updates, remote management from mobile devices, offline support, and a PoS analytics layer for tracking demographics, location trends, and top-selling items. The result was greater customer engagement, improved average spend through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, reduced printing and distribution costs, and better data-driven merchandising decisions for McDonald’s.
