Northgate Markets, a rapidly growing supermarket chain, was relying on manual ordering and inventory processes and needed a more efficient way to manage fresh departments across its stores. To address this challenge, Northgate Markets partnered with OSSCube to build a Fresh Ordering and Inventory System with mobility support to streamline operations and improve inventory tracking.

OSSCube designed and developed an Android-based mobile app using Zend Framework and AWS, migrated legacy data, and delivered tablet-friendly functionality to digitize ordering and enable offline/online access. The solution automated key workflows, improved supply chain visibility, reduced redundancies and inventory errors, and helped Northgate Markets save time and money while making faster, more accurate ordering decisions.
