International Children’s Charity, an international nonprofit focused on cleft lip and palate treatment, was struggling with a legacy donation system, manual processes, and decentralized data spread across multiple vendors. With around 450 million records to manage, the organization needed a modern way to replace its database application and better support online and offline donations; OSSCube implemented the solution using Salesforce.

OSSCube delivered an all-in-one donation management system with a hybrid architecture that kept key data like constituents, donations, and campaigns in Salesforce while storing other data externally.
