TCDRS, a large Texas retirement fund and long-standing client of Oshyn, was facing productivity challenges due to a high volume of paperwork and call center inquiries from beneficiaries of deceased members. They contacted Oshyn to create a new portal that would streamline administrative processes and allow beneficiaries to directly access the system.

Oshyn implemented a headless beneficiary portal using Optimizely CMS, Angular, and Okta for authentication. The solution included a new registration and login system, a user dashboard, and integration with Azure DevOps for CI/CD. This streamlined the benefits process for beneficiaries, reduced the bureaucratic burden on TCDRS employees, and allowed staff to focus on revenue-driving activities, ultimately enhancing client retention and acquisition.
