ProMedica cuts search time from 1 minute to under 2 seconds with Oshyn

ProMedica, a non-profit healthcare provider, and its subsidiary Paramount Healthcare sought to upgrade their website user experience and migrate from their CrownPeak CMS. After over a year with another agency yielded no tangible results, they turned to vendor Oshyn via Sitecore to salvage the implementation and get their new websites up and running.

Oshyn rescued the project by migrating all content to a headless Sitecore 10.2 implementation on Sitecore Managed Cloud. They rearchitected the code for simplicity and rebuilt the frontends using Next.js on Vercel with Static Site Generation. The new sites delivered dramatically faster search response times and improved performance, which boosted search rankings and enhanced the user experience.
