NW Natural launches Sitecore bill discount form with Oshyn in time for regulatory deadline

NW Natural, Oregon's largest natural gas utility, faced a challenge when a state legal requirement compelled them to build a Washington State Bill Discount application form for income-qualified residents. They engaged the vendor Oshyn to develop this form on the Sitecore platform under a firm regulatory deadline to provide lower-cost natural gas service to eligible customers.

Oshyn built the new form using Angular and Typescript on Sitecore 10.2, adapting to changing requirements throughout development. The solution was launched with zero reported bugs, completed before the regulatory deadline and within budget, successfully expanding the discount program to Washington residents.
