The National Education Association Member Benefits (NEAMB) wanted to offer new services to its teacher members by integrating the Rakuten retail marketplace into its website. To avoid compatibility issues with this complex Sitecore integration, NEAMB contacted its long-term partner, Oshyn, for design support and implementation.

Oshyn built the new marketplace, which included Rakuten registration and product search features. Following the successful launch, the marketplace attracted new members and resulted in a 25% increase in revenue generated from the NEAMB website for the NEA. Due to this success, Oshyn was also contracted to perform similar work on other subsidiary websites.
