The official website of a major US city serves as a central hub for residents, but its various departmental sites were built on different technologies, creating a fragmented and inconsistent user experience. The city needed a unified design system to ensure consistency and accessibility across all its digital services. It partnered with vendor Oshyn to implement a solution using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Headless architecture.

Oshyn architected and deployed the headless AEM infrastructure to power the new design system website. This solution allows the system's content and components to be consumed by any city department, regardless of its underlying technology stack.
