The solution from osapiens involved placing a unique, serialized QR code on every product package. When scanned with a smartphone, this code not only verified the product's authenticity but also provided direct access to value-added services, including the GKN workshop portal and detailed TecDoc catalogue data. This enhanced the GKN brand value, delivers free detailed product information to customers, and provides GKN with usage data, all while significantly strengthening product protection against counterfeits.
