Siteline is a software company that helps trade contractors manage real-time, collaborative billing. As a remote team with events driving much of its business, Siteline needed a marketing automation and customer data platform that could connect cleanly with Salesforce, remove data bottlenecks, and give the team a single source of truth. Ortto was chosen to replace HubSpot and support that need.
With Ortto, Siteline built real-time event journeys, automated lead capture and enrichment, synced contacts with Salesforce, sent personalized follow-up emails, and posted live updates to Slack. The result was faster event operations and stronger attribution, saving about four hours per event and delivering a 2x positive return on event spend. Ortto also helped power an events program that generates 70% of Siteline’s total revenue.
