International Trade Company Centralizes Internal Database with OroCRM

MTH Retail Group, an Austria-based international trading and retail group operating chains such as LIBRO, PAGRO DISKONT, PFENNIGPFEIFFER and MAC GEIZ, faced a fragmented IT landscape after rapid expansion and acquisitions. To standardize systems and replace disparate CRMs, MTH engaged DMK E‑Business and selected OroCRM as the CRM platform to renew Office World AG’s multi-channel customer system.

OroCRM was implemented (with DMK customizations) to handle marketing, sales and customer support, power the OfficePlus loyalty program in real time, and provide duplicate-checking and reporting; it is securely hosted in MTH’s data center and connected to point-of-sale via middleware. The OroCRM deployment now manages over 600,000 customers, 3 million orders and 3.5 million vouchers, eliminated duplicate lead issues, and paved the way for wider rollouts to more than 480 outlets and Magento shops plus SAP integration.
