Wastequip, a leading North American manufacturer of waste handling equipment, needed a better way to launch its first B2B eCommerce experience for Mountain Tarp®. The company wanted a platform that could support repeat ordering, customer-specific pricing, shipping rules for parcel and LTL, and a cleaner way to manage product information and digital assets across teams.

Working with OroCommerce, Wastequip built the Mountain Tarp storefront on OroCommerce and integrated it with Salsify, Hawksearch, Cybersource, Avalara, and FedEx services. The solution introduced interactive assembly drawings to help customers find the right parts, and it delivered measurable impact: 40% eCommerce sales growth in year one, 83% growth in organic and direct traffic, and a 15% adoption rate, with updates reaching market 2–4 weeks faster.
