Belle Haven Country Club, a private club founded in 1924 on a 150-acre property near Alexandria, Virginia, runs an 18-hole golf course, tennis complex, fitness center, ballroom, and clubhouse with a 200-person team. To keep daily operations running smoothly, the club needed better staff communication across its large grounds; radios were unreliable and fragile, while texting and phone calls created delays, missed messages, and contact issues.
