Orion Health’s eAdmissions pilot at Southern Cross Auckland Surgical Centre let patients complete segmented digital forms online that feed directly into CWS, giving staff real-time visibility. In the 12‑week pilot over 90% of patients chose the digital route, booking processing time fell by 83%, follow-up calls dropped by at least 25%, and the Customer Effort Score reached 91%, improving data accuracy, workflow efficiency and pre-op risk triage—results Orion Health will support as Southern Cross rolls the solution out more widely.
