Target Group Ltd is a Cardiff‑based specialist in lending, broking and general insurance systems with around 300 staff and long‑standing clients including major banks and insurers. Faced with a complex mix of products, legacy testing tools, slow UAT cycles and the need to test end‑to‑end across varied environments, the company needed a centralised, repeatable approach to improve quality, traceability and speed of delivery.

Target Group established a dedicated TestLab and deployed Original’s test automation solution to enable environment rollback, data de‑sensitisation, code‑free test creation and comprehensive regression testing. The initiative automated ~20% of manual tests (projected savings ~£73,920 pa), achieved ~80% regression automation, reduced issues and rework (nine fewer reported), sped up releases, improved interdepartmental collaboration and delivered higher‑quality, auditable software to clients.
