Case Study: Georgetown Law streamlines student organization management and saves time with OrgSync

A OrgSync Case Study

Preview of the Georgetown Law Case Study

Utilizing OrgSync at Georgetown University Law Center

Georgetown University Law Center, a historic institution in Washington, D.C. with about 2,600 full-time students, faced difficulty efficiently managing 100 student organizations and centralizing campus activities. Their previous vendor’s system lacked aesthetic appeal, functionality, usability and ongoing support, leaving student life staff and student leaders without an effective platform.

Georgetown implemented OrgSync in 2010 with dedicated campus consultants and on-site training, and within a year all 100 organizations were using the system (over 1,600 users by August 2011). OrgSync centralized organization management and communications, enabled online forms, calendars, elections and treasury tools, helped the student life office go paperless, and saved time and resources while becoming an integral part of campus life.
