The University of West Georgia partnered with OrgSync to replace a heavily paper-based student organization registration process and move toward a more paperless, efficient system. Facing manual workflows across Student Life and Residence Life, UWG needed an online solution to simplify registration, event promotion, and involvement tracking for a campus of about 11,500 students.

OrgSync centralized registration, a community events calendar, task delegation, attendance tracking (Card Swipe), and service-hour management, and is now used by nearly 135 organizations. The platform streamlined registration (with more groups registered year‑over‑year despite a later start), improved event visibility and student engagement, enabled reliable involvement and service-hour tracking toward the university’s 75,000-hour goal, and is being expanded through ongoing trainings and plans for broader campus adoption.
