University of Central Arkansas - Customer Case Study

OrgSync partnered with the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) to solve a cumbersome, paper-based student organization system. Meghan Thompson, UCA’s Coordinator of Student Organizations, faced a registration process that could take an entire semester, required repeated paper edits and committee reviews, and left student leaders frustrated and disengaged.

Thompson implemented OrgSync in 2012 and drove adoption through hands‑on training, summer onboarding, student computers for support, and active promotion at campus events. As a result, UCA moved nearly all organization workflows online—SGA websites, committee meetings, voting, budget allocation, Card Swipe attendance and HR integrations—streamlining administration and boosting student, faculty and staff engagement.
