The Students’ Union at the University of Calgary (31,300+ students) manages 300+ student organizations through a team of full- and part-time staff. Henry Rosvick, Coordinator of Student Organizations, struggled with an outdated paper-based system that became unmanageable as volume grew and needed a way to centralize club administration, vendor partnerships, bookings and risk management.

Implementing OrgSync (now ClubHub) provided a paperless platform with online forms, a public club website, centralized resources and an API-driven workroom booking system. The change moved forms, reporting and advertising online, sped up administrative responses, enabled automatic approvals, and allowed Henry to generate customized reports for better funding and performance decisions—improving service levels and overall club management.
