University of Arizona - Customer Case Study

The University of Arizona’s Leadership Programs, long regarded among the nation’s top collegiate leadership initiatives, had spent two decades managing events and student feedback manually. Without formal registration, attendance was tracked on sign-in sheets and reflections were collected on paper, producing inaccuracies, month-long data entry, and an overworked staff with little time to assess or grow programs.

Partnering with OrgSync in 2008, the office moved to online RSVPs, automated attendance and reflection forms, learning outcomes captured on each student’s Co-Curricular Transcript, and role-based student access for event administration. The switch delivered real-time reports, cut administrative tasks (e.g., interview processing from ~30 to 10 minutes), empowered students to manage their co-curricular records, and freed staff to improve programming and launch the National Collegiate Leadership Association.
