Kutztown University’s Recreational Services was struggling with a paper-based club sports system that required students to submit multiple forms and forced staff to spend hours each day on manual data entry. Coordinator of Structured Sports Jay Gallagher reported at least two hours per day spent entering forms into Excel, creating slow turnaround and disorganized recordkeeping for dozens of student clubs.

By implementing OrgSync and moving five major forms online, the department automated approvals, rostering, and document storage—students have submitted 795 participant packets, 150 activity reports, 174 travel forms, 137 schedule requests, and 39 CPR forms through the system.
