Increasing Efficiency and Managing Risk Using OrgSync for Fraternity and Sorority Life

Emory University and the University of Kentucky—each with large, active fraternity and sorority communities—struggled with scattered paper and digital processes, limited contact lists, hard‑to‑manage websites, and difficulty tracking events, rosters and compliance. Their Sorority & Fraternity Life offices needed a single platform to centralize information, improve communication and better manage the risks associated with social events.

Both campuses adopted OrgSync (Campus Labs) to replace paper and ad‑hoc forms with centralized event registration, form building, messaging, calendars, attendance tracking and approval workflows. The platform reduced administrative burden and paper use, improved outreach and recruitment communication, produced richer engagement data, and strengthened event oversight and risk management—helping chapters and staff operate more efficiently and meet divisional goals.
