California University of Pennsylvania sought a better way to manage its Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT) and streamline student organization processes. Prior to OrgSync, CCT processing was slow and elections relied on costly, cumbersome third‑party software, and the university wanted a platform that would boost involvement and improve communication across campus.

By implementing OrgSync—carefully configuring backend workflows and forming a dedicated committee for training and adoption—Cal U eliminated the third‑party election tool, cut CCT turnaround from about a week to under a day, and increased participation and engagement (including with online international students). The platform now supports 209 portals, with Forms and Messaging among the most used features, and has become widely adopted across campus.
