Large Internet Search Company, after acquiring a large cellular hardware manufacturer, needed to rapidly design a new organization and decide which employees to retain based on established criteria across two large HR systems. After a vendor search they selected OrgChart’s analytics and visualization tool to merge multiple HRIS sources and provide visual tools for timely organizational restructuring.

OrgChart imported Workday and PeopleSoft data (titles, performance ratings, compensation, etc.), created heat maps, org charts and employee profile cards, and automatically transferred merged records to the surviving HRIS.
