Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) needed a flexible, easy-to-use org chart solution to support directory functions, onboarding, and frequent updates across nearly 400 employees and multiple offices. Their legacy PowerPoint-based charts were slow to create and maintain, and they needed something non-technical staff could update without extensive training. NCOE chose Organimi org charts to replace that process.

With Organimi, each department could create, update, and share its own org chart, making it easier to keep information current and accessible through SharePoint. The result was reduced time spent creating and updating charts, better onboarding for new hires, and faster grant-writing support thanks to ready-made, up-to-date organizational visuals.
