Ordway automated the flow of billing and revenue data—sending actual customer shipping locations to calculate taxes per location and producing master invoices with multiple child invoices—eliminating manual reconciliations. As a result, QuBeyond POS recovered lost revenue, increased customer loyalty, freed up roughly 50% of a team member’s time, and now automatically updates inventory levels and reorder alerts.
