Dispatch needed to add SaaS subscription billing and revenue recognition without replatforming its finance tech stack. To power its new subscription model and complete the finance stack alongside Oracle NetSuite, Dispatch implemented Ordway’s subscription billing platform and API to manage dynamic order-to-revenue processes and billing complexity.
Ordway’s platform and API handled invoicing, credits, and revenue recognition while complementing NetSuite as the general ledger, enabling Dispatch to launch Dispatch Connect in about six months and complete the integration in one engineering sprint (a couple of weeks). The implementation accelerated go-to-market, saved Dispatch tens of thousands of dollars in engineering time, and offloaded the heavy billing work to Ordway.
