Tidelift, which manages curated open-source solutions for enterprise customers, struggled with complex contracts and a billing setup (Chargebee) that created hours of manual work and forced customers to adapt to the billing system. To fix this, Tidelift implemented Ordway’s platform with a HubSpot Sales + CRM to Ordway workflow to better support their B2B SaaS land-and-expand sales motion.
