Ordway reviewed ListReports’ requirements, recommended a streamlined pricing approach, and implemented its billing and revenue automation platform to handle subscriptions, invoices, and order management. The changes consolidated plans from roughly 2,000 to 10, enabled automatic invoicing and seamless order management, improved billing accuracy, reduced manual work and errors, and let ListReports scale without adding significant operational overhead.
