Wigs US is an online retailer purchased in 2009 by Greg Warrington and his wife after they left the Marine Corps. The site they bought was poorly designed and the business was disorganized, but they needed a web-based company they could run from San Antonio. Their challenge was to rebuild the website, expand product selection, and bring order processing, inventory and shipping under control to make the business profitable and scalable.

They redesigned Wigs-US.com, broadened their product range (and maintained a large eBay presence), and implemented operational efficiencies—most notably using Ordoro for order, inventory and shipping management. The result was much faster processing, improved customer service and notable time savings (allowing them to accomplish in the morning what many sellers do all day), setting the business up for continued growth.
