United Tees is an American apparel brand founded by Sean Lowery after he left a stable job to pursue ecommerce. Early on the business struggled with hit-or-miss product themes and poor in-person sales, so the main challenge was finding a scalable online audience and a reliable way to fulfill growing orders.

Sean doubled down on ecommerce—selling via Shopify, Etsy and Amazon—and built a niche following through social media and promotions. A key investment in embroidery led to a second site, United Monograms, while tools like Ordoro and added production equipment (industrial embroidery machines and DTG printers) streamlined inventory and shipping. The result: sustained growth, expanded operations and a small full-time team handling sales, production and fulfillment.
