19nine, a college basketball apparel brand based in Evansville, Indiana, needed a better way to handle 2,500–5,000+ monthly orders across 4,000+ SKUs on Shopify. Before Ordoro, the team used ShipRush and Shopify in a manual, inefficient workflow that required sorting invoices by hand and picking orders one at a time, which led to wasted warehouse movement, slower fulfillment, and occasional picking errors.

Ordoro implemented batch pick lists, shipping presets, tags, and automation rules to help 19nine organize orders by product type and streamline warehouse picking. With Ordoro, the team can pick up to 100 orders at once, reduce repeat trips to the same locations, and improve accuracy with product images on pick lists; 19nine is also preparing to add bin locations, tray numbers, barcode scanning, inventory management, and kitting to further speed fulfillment and support growth.
