T4 Media, an outdoor advertising specialist offering AdGates, AdBarriers and AdNozzles across some 5,000 transport-related UK locations, needed a way to identify and package location-specific advertising opportunities without manual, time-consuming site analysis. To demonstrate and scale the value of local, location-based campaigns the company worked with Cadcorp, using OS OpenData mapping and integrations with Front Range® GoldMine CRM and SQL Server to support proposals.

Cadcorp implemented a tailored Spatial Information System that manages T4 Media’s advertising inventory, layers Ordnance Survey OS OpenData and any project-specific geographic data, and automates proposal generation. The result: proposals that once took three days now take about 30 minutes, enabling proactive sales, verified access to 3.2 billion annual commuter journeys, and more targeted, accountable campaigns across 5,000 sites—delivering substantial productivity gains and competitive advantage for T4 Media.
