PRB supervision and control of facade coating production

PRB, the third-largest producer of facade coatings in France, chose to work with Ordinal Software for the supervision and control of a new production site. The challenge was to ensure the smooth and optimal management of their manufacturing process for their extensive range of building products.

Ordinal Software implemented its COOX solution, which included the MESbox SCADA module. This system provided PRB with real-time supervision synoptics to track products through the production circuits, visualize and control all factory equipment, and manage resources and alarms. The result was an essential tool for operators, giving them clear visual oversight of the entire production line and actual machine energy consumption to ensure efficient operations.
