The customer, St. Louis Sportswear, faced a significant challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic as their usual spring business from schools and events disappeared. They needed to quickly adapt their business model to generate new revenue streams and find a way to support other struggling local businesses in their community, all while streamlining their internal processes to operate efficiently.
The vendor, OrderMyGear (OMG), provided its online pop-up store service as the solution. St. Louis Sportswear used it to create the STL STRONG campaign, building individual fundraising stores for over 25 local restaurants and businesses. This initiative, powered by OMG's store building services, raised thousands of dollars for the community, with one restaurant alone receiving a $1,500 donation, while simultaneously simplifying and accelerating the customer order process for St. Louis Sportswear.
