Hertz centralizes billing process across Europe with an Order2Cash e-Invoicing solution

Hertz, one of the world’s largest car rental companies, needed to modernize and centralize its billing and invoicing across nine European countries to reduce print costs and improve customer service. After a supplier search, Hertz selected Order2Cash and its e‑Invoicing/white‑label portal service to avoid building and maintaining an in‑house distribution platform.

Order2Cash delivered a central web portal integrated with Hertz’s ERP (phased rollout by country) that supports PDF, XML/CSV/Excel formats, multiple delivery channels and archiving, and scales across regions. The Order2Cash solution now handles millions of invoices a year, drove over 25% cost savings in the first year, achieved high e‑invoice adoption (UK >80%, Benelux ~55%, France ~34%), and produced faster billing, better customer experience and improved brand perception.
