Antargaz, a BeNeLux market leader supplying propane (and recently natural gas) to over 35,000 customers, needed clearer, more efficient customer communication and billing. To standardize invoicing, digitize outbound invoice flow, create a single electronic archive, improve credit management visibility, and enable a phased rollout, Antargaz chose the Order2Cash SaaS order-to-cash platform.

Order2Cash implemented its platform to deliver single-document standardized invoices, immediate online delivery separate from physical delivery, and a customer portal with a full electronic archive. After going live in January 2016 Antargaz processed well over 150,000 invoices through the portal in the first year, eliminated lost invoices, improved service levels and administration, increased customer self-service, and is now extending the solution to credit-management—deploying features in manageable stages with Order2Cash.
