Integrated Wellness Partners (IWP), a multi-location health, wellness and fitness operator, struggled with decentralized purchasing, dozens of monthly invoices, duplicate orders and no spend visibility. To streamline payments and gain budgeting insight, IWP partnered with Order.co and adopted its centralized purchasing platform, including electronic bill pay and invoice consolidation.

Order.co rolled out a single purchasing portal and one-click bill pay across all locations, giving IWP full line-level spend visibility and consolidated invoicing. As a result IWP now pays 81 monthly invoices across 52 vendors with a click, receives a single consolidated invoice, and reports metrics such as 96% of monthly invoices paid with one click and 100% of vendors consolidated—saving time, reducing duplicate orders and improving budgeting.
