XpresSpa, the industry-leading luxury travel spa operating 50 locations in 21 airports and serving nearly one million travelers a year, faced invoice overload, a slow manual AP process, and limited spend visibility that left corporate buying rules only ~70% followed. To fix this, XpresSpa partnered with Order.co and adopted its integrated procurement platform (with Workday integration) to centralize purchasing, enforce preferred carriers/brands/SKUs, and simplify airport deliveries.

Order.co rolled out the platform to every location (starting with cleaning supplies), provided manager logins and training, integrated e‑commerce and PO-based vendors, and automated vendor payments and approvals.
