Case Study: MINISO achieves consolidated invoicing and store-level budget control with Order.co

A Order.co Case Study

Preview of the MINISO Case Study

How MINISO gained control over its budgets and created a hassle-free purchasing process with Order

MINISO, a Japan-based designer retail brand, struggled with invoice overload (over a million invoices a year), a slow manual AP/3-way match process, and poor spend visibility across stores. To solve this, MINISO partnered with Order.co in April 2019 to deploy Order.co’s procure-to-pay platform with a Workday integration and a centralized ordering catalogue.

Order.co implemented a centralized purchasing process, automated vendor payments, and store-level approval workflows so teams could order from a shared catalogue and see budgets per store. As a result, MINISO consolidated invoicing, gained immediate budget visibility for each store, improved on-time ordering and delivery, reduced back-and-forth for users, and scaled the solution across 18 countries — delivering measurable operational efficiency and smarter spending.
