Powering the online experience for Pria, the new personal medication assistant from BLACK+DECKER™

Black & Decker, a global leader in tools and consumer electronics, launched Pria, an automated, voice-controlled personal medication assistant, and faced a steep learning curve entering the health services market and offering a subscription-based product. To create unique, personalized omnichannel experiences and support subscription revenue at scale, Black & Decker engaged Orckestra Inc., using Orckestra Digital Commerce Experience Management (DCXM) and its API-first Commerce Orchestration™ Platform.

Orckestra Inc. integrated DCXM and its API-first platform with Black & Decker’s existing systems to power the Pria front end, enable subscription processing, and unify omnichannel touchpoints.
