Aldi UK launches Click & Collect service in record time

Aldi, the UK’s fifth-largest grocer with over 950 stores, needed to roll out an easy, mobile-first online grocery and curb-side Click & Collect service quickly while integrating with complex existing systems. Orckestra Inc. delivered a web and mobile ecommerce solution with unified product management, API-driven extensibility, and advanced order orchestration and store fulfillment (including curb-side pickup and substitution management). The deployment reached more than 200 stores in a record three months from proof of concept to rollout, delivering efficient store fulfillment and a fast, convenient Click & Collect experience for customers.
