The solution helps flag defects and lender issues without requiring a conveyancer to review every lease, reducing abortive work and non-billable hours. Orbital Witness also identified issues in an additional 21% of cases as early indications requiring rectification, helping Enact advise clients sooner and cut the chance of time being spent on non-proceedable transactions.
