Orbiit provided an end-to-end solution that automated the matching, scheduling, and feedback collection for one-to-one conversations. This implementation saved the Spendesk community team two full days of work per month while simultaneously improving the member experience. The program achieved significant results, including a 40 Net Promoter Score, with 90% of participants reporting the conversations added value to their community experience and 80% stating they would make a better business decision because of their chat.
