The University of Belize, the national university serving about 4,000 students across multiple campuses, faced a heavily paper-driven HR operation where hiring, timekeeping, benefits and leave accruals were managed manually. The system automated leave accruals and approvals, generated contracts and HR letters, sped up reporting and recruiting, reduced paperwork and errors, and significantly improved HR efficiency and visibility, earning strong positive feedback from the university’s HR team.
