OrangeHRM delivered a customized Open Source leave/time-off module with browser-based calendaring, integrated audits, email alerts, configurable duty rosters, dashboard reports and central access to HR forms. The intuitive rollout required minimal training, gave managers better visibility of team leave patterns, eliminated paper storage and related costs, and provided reliable support—serving 50 users with no performance issues.
