Zurich furthers its digital strategy with Oracle Identity and Access Management

Zurich Insurance Group, a global insurer operating in more than 210 countries and territories, needed a more secure and efficient way to manage identity and access for employees, contractors, and suppliers. To support its digital strategy and improve cost management, Zurich chose Oracle Identity and Access Management, with implementation support from Accenture.

Oracle helped Zurich deploy a cloud-ready IAM platform that included simplified application onboarding, automated user lifecycle management, password management, an access request portal, and reporting services. The project was completed in about half the time of similar implementations with minimal disruption, and Zurich gained faster access for users, improved operational compliance, and a path to lower total cost of ownership.
