As digital engagement became primary during the pandemic, Zebra’s rapid growth exposed limits in its product selection, configuration, and order processes: it needed faster, more accurate ordering, consistent cross-application data, and always-available systems to protect sales and strengthen partner relationships.
Zebra moved to an integrated Oracle Cloud stack—including Oracle Commerce and CPQ, Autonomous Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and integration/migration tools—creating a single partner ecommerce and ordering dashboard with configurable SKUs, upsell widgets, automated orders, and complex quote capability. The deployment delivered near-real-time analytics, 1–2 second response times at scale, zero downtime, fewer support calls, and freed IT from database administration so the team could focus on strategic insights, improving partner experience and accelerating growth.
